Hooligans Baseball Booster Club, Inc. ("Hooligans") uses the Hooligans Registry to track player gear sponsorships and related payments.

Information the registry uses

When someone places an order through our Squarespace store, Squarespace provides order information to the registry so we can match the purchase to the sponsored item and update its status. This includes the order number, item or product identifier, quantity, and payment or refund status. The order record returned by Squarespace may also contain buyer contact or address information. The registry uses that information only as needed to process the order; it does not save those contact or address details in the registry database. Registry sponsorship records display the sponsor as "Anonymous."

Payment card details are handled by Squarespace and its payment providers. Hooligans does not store card numbers in the registry.

How we use and share information

We use registry information to credit sponsorships, coordinate gear purchases and distribution, update progress, and reconcile payments or refunds. Squarespace processes store orders, and Supabase hosts the registry database and its server-side processing. We do not sell registry order information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention and requests

We keep order references and sponsorship records as needed to administer the season and maintain organizational and financial records. We may retain records longer when required for accounting or legal obligations.

We may update this policy if the registry’s data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
